Michelle has over 20 years of Corporate Leadership experience to include Operations and Management execution. She has an extensive background in business management (i.e. finance, budget, marketing, and negotiations) as well as leading large-scale programs to ensure corporate strategies, goals, and objectives were achieved. Most recently, Michelle was a Senior Executive overseeing the operations of 15 facilities reviewing P&L’s, and responsible for 40 accounts managing over $150M in annual sales. Additionally, Michelle held the title of Marketing Executive leading large scale corporate initiatives while managing a diverse portfolio of budgets, vendors, and customers ensuring operational success.
Michelle has a bachelor’s degree in Management Studies with a minor in Marketing from University of Maryland University College and is a graduate of Leadership Southern Maryland (Class of 2016). She is active in the community supporting local charities and youth sports.
