Kevin has over 20 years of professional experience in Cybersecurity and leads all aspects of the Firm’s Cybersecurity Business Portfolio. He is a highly respected Certified Information Systems Security Professional in both the NAVAIR and NAVSEA markets and has led multiple, diverse teams across NAVAIR and NAVSEA as an Information Systems Security Officer and Senior Information Systems Security Engineer supporting ACAT I – IV programs, unmanned systems, sea- and land-based platforms, and RDT&E systems.
Kevin is a Risk Management Framework (RMF) subject matter expert and Navy Qualified Validator who once taught the Navy’s RMF Validator’s course. He currently leads RMF transition efforts, develops Cybersecurity strategies to better secure Navy systems, and serves as the Government’s principal adviser on all matters, technical and otherwise, involving Cybersecurity. Kevin has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems from New Mexico State University and a master’s degree in Information Resource Management from the Air Force Institute of Technology.
