Robert leads all KAIROS Program Management efforts for the NAVAIR market and has more than 18 years of diverse project management experience developing complex integrated master schedules for Nuclear Engineering/Construction and NAVAIR ACAT I-IV Acquisition Programs. He currently serves as the Lead Schedule Integrator for PMA-265 F/A-18 A-D Platforms at NAVAIR. Prior to this Robert was the Lead Schedule Analyst for the EWIIP Program supporting multiple Navy and Air Force test ranges across the United States. Before joining KAIROS, Robert was the Scheduling Manager for a $500-million nuclear design engineering effort to restore the Bellefonte Nuclear Power Plant, located in Scottsboro, AL, to operational status. Robert is a native of Baltimore, MD, but currently lives in Lexington Park with his wife and daughter. After graduating from high school, Robert went on to serve proudly in the U.S. Navy as an Electrician’s Mate-Second Class prior to his honorable discharge in 1999. While on active-duty Robert completed multiple deployments in the Mediterranean Sea where he served as the Lead Propulsion Electrician aboard the USS Wasp LHD-1. Robert has been a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2008 and a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist in both Project and Project Server since 2009. Robert is currently enrolled at Excelsior College earning his bachelor’s degree in technology management.
