Scott brings 30 years of experience focused on business development, organizational strategy, large scale change management, audit readiness, and Enterprise Resource Planning. He is responsible leading Kairos’ business development and capture activities. Prior to joining Kairos, Scott held key leadership positions with large companies to include KPMG, Deloitte and ManTech where he led project delivery and assisted in business growth. His clients included the Assistant Secretary of the Navy (ASN) Financial Management and Comptroller (FM&C), Office of Financial Operations (FMO), Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR), Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP), Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and the Department of Labor. Scott is a member of the American Society of Military Comptrollers (ASMC), Armed Forces Communications & Electronics Association (AFCEA), Program Management Institute (PMI) and the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA). He is a Program Management Professional (PMP) and holds a BS in Business from Frostburg State University and an MBA from Virginia Tech.
