Scott is the co-founder of KAIROS, and has more than 20 years of professional experience in organizational, program, and project analytics, and has been responsible for leading multiple C4IAS initiatives and managing large diverse functional teams in support of his customers’ vision and execution goals.
Scott’s core functional capabilities are centered around providing decision support capabilities and leadership to customers in the areas of integrated project management, performance management, master scheduling, earned value management, metrics, project management office stand-up/controls, business process improvement, and data visualizations. Prior to KAIROS, Scott was as a Senior Associate for Booz Allen Hamilton Lead Facilitator & Co-Facilitators leading their Decision Analytics Quantitative Management Controls (QMC) team for their NAVAIR and NAVSEA markets.
Scott has a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in management from Towson University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He is a Leadership Southern Maryland Graduate (Class of 2014) and was previously the Treasurer for the Project Management Institute (PMI) Southern Maryland Chapter. Scott is active in the community volunteering as a coach for youth sports along with his involvement in Three Oaks charitable events.
